To have meals from the Zone Diet delivered right to your door:

  1. Sign up for the Zone Diet – and choose to have your Zone meals delivered for 5, 6 or 7 days in a row
  2. You will have a telephone consultation with a Zone counselor who will tell you about the program and customize a Zone meal plan for you
  3. You can expect your 3 Zone meals and 2 snacks delivered to start arriving at your door within 2-3 days in a cooler bag packed with an icepack
  4. You will receive a full day of Zone meals delivered to your door each evening that will be yours to enjoy the following day

All Zone menu options are based on balance. Each meal consists of 40% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 30% fat. Here are a few example Zone dish options that are available for delivery:
